How Secure Is My Personal Information on This Site?
NWExam holds very little about you, and it holds no card or bank details at all. The account keeps the username, email and registration details you entered yourself, along with the practice you build up — and no payment card information is ever stored on the site.
The second half is true because of where payment happens. Checkout hands the transaction to an external gateway, so card and bank details are entered on that gateway and stay there. What Your NWExam Account Holds About You
The list is short, and you supplied all of it: a username, an email address, and the details you gave at registration, including the networking or infrastructure exam code you named as your track. To that the account adds your own work — the sittings you have completed and the scores and per-item records behind them. How long those attempt records are kept is dealt with where retention is explained, and is not repeated here; the point on this page is only that those records and your registration details are the whole of what the site keeps about you.
Where Your Card Details Go
When you buy Premium, the payment is completed at an external gateway rather than on NWExam. Your card or bank information is entered on the gateway’s side of that transaction and is not handed back to the site to be kept: the platform records that an order was placed and grants the access it paid for, but retains no payment instrument. That is why the account can hold so little — the most sensitive part of any purchase never reaches it in the first place.
What NWExam keeps is the account you made and the networking exam practice you have done; what it does not keep is any card or bank detail, because payment is completed away from the site at an external gateway.
