Let Your Bank Do the Conversion
Your financial institution converts from your default currency to US dollars at its own exchange rate on the day of the purchase. Your card statement may therefore show a different amount from the one you saw on the site, reflecting that rate together with whatever your bank charges for making a conversion.

Change the Currency at the Gateway
You can switch from US dollars to your local currency at the payment gateway instead. The amount you then see already includes the conversion and the exchange-rate fees attached to it, so the figure at the gateway is the figure being charged.
What NWExam Charges and What Somebody Else Charges
NWExam charges you for the product you are buying and for nothing else. It does not charge for currency conversion and it does not charge exchange-rate fees. Those belong to the bank or to the payment gateway, whichever of the two routes above did the converting, and the buyer is responsible for them. That is why the amount on your statement can differ from the amount on the site without anything having gone wrong with the order: the difference was added by a party this site neither bills through nor sets rates for.
The Vendor’s Own Exam Fee Is a Separate Transaction
Worth stating clearly, because the two charges relate to the same certification and come from different parties. What you pay here buys Premium practice for one exam. Whatever the certification vendor charges to sit its exam is paid to the vendor, in whatever currency the vendor bills in, and NWExam is not a party to it. Nothing bought on this site reduces that fee, covers it, or stands in for it, and no purchase here registers you to sit anything.
